I don't know what to do...?

I have been manic / depressed for months now. Well more manic then cycling between manic / depressed for the last month. But the thing is, I have bloodletting as a way of punishing myself for all the pain I feel and put on my family...My doctor put me on zyprexa...I'm scared

If it makes you feel any better My daughter suffers from Bi-polar disorder and is also a cutter.And with medication she is now doing really good.
