I feel like crying and crawling into a hole. What's left to do?

Hi,

Why don't you give your self permission the cry and feel awful. Maybe you have some real issues to feel like crying over. Just because it does not feel normal to cry it is very normal. Our society has it backwards. Cry, beat pillows, jump up and down and feel your feeling. It's a lot of work to feel this stuff but you are worth the effort.

There's gotta be something good in your life. Concentrate on those things %26 not the bad stuff.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and remember that tomorrow is a new day. If you are feeling hopeless then you should seek some help from a professional counsellor.
go to someone u trust, and talk to them. the best thing u can do is express what ur feeling. Just stay positive and dont be afraid to ask for help. Everyone gets down but u just got to pick urself up and move on. Just go to someone utrust and talk to them and let them help u
Best thing to do is let out your feelings. Talk about what you think has made you feel this way. Cry, that is healthy. Don't isolate yourself off and crawl into a hole, reach out more. I think it is a good first step that you had courage to post how your feeling here.

I for one started to feel that way as you are now, 4 years ago. I was inconsolable. I asked for my parent's help by telling them how I felt. They gave me unconditional love and support. And we prayed everyday to God. Your life is not hopeless, maybe you don't know what to do. Communicating to your loved ones will do you a whole lot of good. And pray.

Remember depression is all about friends and family. Stop trying to please them . Be safe in a safe place and find one friend who is an outcast like yourself. Take time to spy out your friends and relax. They tried at one time to make you like they are but you are different.
We all feel that way sometimes.
