I feel hopeless.....?

to make a long story short,in the last week i've found out that my mom has a couple of months to live,my g/f broke up with me and i lost my job.also,i'm broke and the bills are coming in fast.for the last couple of years,it feels as if i can't do anything right and my luck has been nothing but bad.i've always been a strong person and have been able to handle things like this pretty well,but as i've said,it's been a couple of years me running aground and i'm starting to lose faith.i'm not sure why i wrote this,maybe just to vent i guess.i used to believe that nothing bad lasts forever,but i'm starting to wonder whether that's really true.like i said,it's not just about the last week but the last couple of years.thank you for listening.

Do you have some close friends around who you can talk with? "Venting" is a great means of therapy, pursue it by all means and at any time, you will feel much better if you are actively expressing yourself. Continue to write if writing is what helps you piece together your thoughts. It sounds like you are in a rough situation, hold your head up high and cherish the moments you do have with your mother. Believe in yourself and reach out to others, it is one of the best ways to stay focused. Whatever you do, don't lose your faith! It is what keeps your core stable... and your "faith" doesn't necessarily have to pertain to religion, a dream, it could be a belief you have or change you want to see happen in the world. Hey man, I can imagine what you are going through. About your mom, she is DEFINITELY going to be a better place. Think about all those people who have had near death experiences. They have ALL said that they feel this feeling that they have never felt before and it is the greatest feeling in the world. The afterlife must be great, it has to be. Hence, this means that you will see your mom again. Since the afterlife must be great, then when you die, you will also be there with your mom.

I know it must be hard for you. Just enjoy your time on earth, try to make things better with your ex, have fun with your friends, and when your mom enters paradise, she will be relaxing and waiting for you. :)
