I think you should be careful to whom you say this to and go and talk to your mom or some other adult that you really trust a lot if you have one, please don't do these things to yourself it is not good I don't care what you have heard this is not good and I think you are good but you are upset or angry about some stuff and you need to tell your mom or some adult trust
